Body experiences/tremors
Tremors were mostly legs and some pelvis.  Some shaking in a jerking contracting most in upper chest and neck and shoulders. Started laying on floor and moved to bed. Shakes increases on bed.
Emotional experience

Ego defense and thought
still feel that I am perhaps not doing the  pre-shake exercises quite right and it bugs me a little bit.  I don't always do them because I don't need them to shake but I want to really get them in my body and mind so that I can teach them to others.

Notes about today’s session
Feel pretty tired. Resting turned into sleeping for 30 minutes. Room is quite warm.  Had too much tuna at lunch and felt sort of stuck - shaking helped with that. I wonder whether  my tremors will change  - they haven't changed much - similar patterns.

shakes with some jerks and a larger rolling pattern as well

wished I hadn't waited so late in day to do TRE.

resisted because I wanted to go to sleep. but i knew it'd make me more reestful

15 min session at end of my day. the relaxation worked its way up from my legs to belly and chest.  didn't realize how tired I was.

Body experiences/tremors
Shaking was tight and strong. some of them I felt either shaking up through my body or causing it to move. 20 min. then rest on back and side.
Emotional experience
Neutral.

the thought of shaking for 20 minutes seemed a lot (resistance).

Notes about today’s session
Wanted to shake earlier than I did but got a call from a friend in England so I delayed it. The shaking session went by really fast actually. I started with thoughts about my trip to NY (where to stay) and some impatience to be done with shaking so I could do other things. But that fell away quite quickly.  When I rested I fell asleep (often do). Feel so rested and at ease afterwards.

Body experiences/tremors
Tight, quick tremors in pelvis and legs. Smal crazy 8 repeating movement in hips. Tremored on the floor.   The tremors are an enjoyable sensation.

A little discouraged that I find the knees open (primary one) uncomfortable to do - due to flexibility/strength or limited range of movement.

Notes about today’s session
Feels  like a good tremor session. Thoughts about my parents and self care and guilt are on my mind, so I'm feeling a bit sad this morning. Even these thoughts feel like they're tightening my belly where I just spent 15 minutes loosening up.  I can see how important this work will/would be for caregivers. Gives you a time out mentally and physically and emotionally.
